Engaging OtterBox employees in foundation outreach and community activities is a primary focus for OtterCares. We actively link employees to charitable opportunities throughout the community by sending weekly emails, providing ongoing communications and hosting our annual volunteer fair. Paid Volunteer TimeEmployee participation in OtterCares is so important that OtterBox offers all full time employees 24 hours of paid time off per year for volunteer work. Several group volunteer days are coordinated throughout the year, but employees are also encouraged to seek out individual opportunities and to support causes that are meaningful to them. | OtterCares AmbassadorsAnother way employee engagement is promoted is through the activation a team of volunteers known as OtterCares Ambassadors. These OtterBox employees represent each department in the company and act as our day to day voice among their co-workers. They rally department participation, coordinate team volunteer days, and serve on sub-committees to plan some of our projects and events. |
