Our Impact

We want kids to know that they have impact and that no dream is out of reach. Our programs do just that — inspire tomorrow’s makers, givers and doers to make this world a better place.

Otters in Action

Voracious Volunteers

Our employees are passionate about giving back. They’ve raised over $600,000 and boast one of the highest Volunteer Time Off usage rates in the country with over 80% donating their time, talent and treasure.

OtterCares Ambassadors

Activating hundreds of Otters to engage in the world of OtterCares is a monumental task. So we deploy our volunteer army of OtterCares Ambassadors to drive our programs and rally their coworkers to give time, talent or treasure.

Not-So-Ordinary Ornament

During the holidays we challenge Otters to help give a local school in need the gift of education. Otters collect student-made ornaments to raise funds and help surprise an unsuspecting school with a set of tablets.

Pack2School

This much-anticipated, hometown event provides backpacks and supplies, along with activities that teach philanthropy and entrepreneurship to thousands of students at the start of every school year.

G3 Challenge

The G3 Challenge empowers Otter Products employees to raise funds for nonprofit organizations that share our vision of inspiring young minds to change the world.

Innovation Station Fund

We provide grants to help schools and nonprofits create Innovation Stations that are equipped with hands-on learning tools for students to invent, explore and innovate.
